REFUND POLICY

Change of Mind Returns

Not in love? That’s fine! If you change your mind about the products you purchased from us online we exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Products purchased from our online store can be returned by the customer with proof of purchase;

  2. All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;

  3. Items must be in original sale condition (unused with original tags/labels attached);

  4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and

  5. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below.

  6. We receive the goods within 14 days of the purchase date. 

Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

For T-shirts 

We use a print on demand company and all products are unique and produced per order especially for you. 

Nobody likes receiving dodgy goods. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt (grrr!). Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders (and we’re pretty proud of that!), but then they do arise, we’ll handle it!

Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items

Troopy Travellers will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, Troopy Travellers will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. You don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, you can keep it. Winning!

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong colour or design

Sizing tables are offered so you can make the correct decision when choosing your size.

At Troopy Travellers we try our best to keep up high standards of customer satisfaction. Please take extra care when checking out that you have entered all your correct information as it is your responsibility.
